We are looking for a proactive and hands-on People, Culture & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Amsterdam. As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re expanding our team, strengthening our cultural foundations, and building processes that enable people to do their best work and have fun. You will play a key role in creating a smooth, structured and engaging employee experience from the moment someone applies, to their onboarding, personal development, and daily life in the office.
You will support the full employee lifecycle and work closely with our Head of People & Culture, hiring managers, and leadership to bring structure, consistency, and creativity to our HR and culture operations. This includes recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR administration, culture-building initiatives, event planning, and office management. You will also collaborate with teams across the company, including Finance, Legal, Security and Office Management to help build scalable processes, maintain compliance, and continuously improve the way we support our people.

HR Operations & Employee Experience
Supporting day-to-day HR processes including contracts, HRIS updates, employee data management, and administration
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding, ensuring each colleague has a smooth and memorable experience
Helping maintain and improve internal HR documentation, policies, and knowledge-sharing
Supporting performance cycles, feedback processes, and people-related initiatives
Serving as a trusted point of contact for employees with HR or office-related questions
Recruitment Operations
Scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a consistent, welcoming hiring experience
Maintaining ATS pipelines and giving hiring teams structure and support throughout the process
Assisting with employer branding initiatives, including job posting, content updates, and events
Culture & Events
Taking ownership of office culture, ensuring our workspace is welcoming, inspiring, and aligned with our values
Organizing team events and engagement activities
Supporting culture programs related to wellbeing, internal communication, and team collaboration
Helping ensure the office environment fosters productivity, comfort, and connection
