What you'll do

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager, fluent in English and Mandarin to join our Silverflow team based in Amsterdam! 


You will be joining our Account Management team, and you will be collaborating with internal and external partners while building strong relationships with our customers. You will be taking on an active role in the coordination of day-to-day operations while building a strategic long-term relationship with our clients to ensure growth and adoption of our solutions. 


More specifically:


  • You are the primary conduit between our product, technical account management, engineering and our Mandarin-speaking partners & clients. You don't just coordinate; you help translate business goals into technical requirements.


  • You will manage a portfolio of innovative merchants and PSPs, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with their strategic scaling needs over the long term.


  • You’ll educate clients on payments in a cloud-native environment and on optimisation to turn their payments into revenue drivers.


  • You will champion clients internally at Silverflow. You’ll sit with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure the Silverflow APAC roadmap reflects the "on-the-ground" reality for our clients.


  • Own the post-sales lifecycle, from onboarding through to regular business reviews, contract renewals and the overall strategic relationship.

Who you are

We value experience as highly as qualifications, so we are looking for an individual who is

motivated and enthusiastic:


  • You’re a bilingual strategist with full professional fluency in Mandarin and English. You are comfortable leading technical & business discussions in both languages.


  • 3-5 years in a B2B environment (ideally fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech) and are ready for your next challenge.


  • You don't need to code or perform technical configurations however you are tech-fluent and you understand what an API is. It’s a plus if you know how card payments work. You’re comfortable working in Jira and enjoy data.


  • You should be available for international travel, with a customer first, customer service mindset with an ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced tech scale-up environment.

  • Finally, you have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships and client portfolios in your current or prior roles.


As Silverflow is an office-first company, being located in the Netherlands and able to work onsite

is essential for this role.
