If you want to shape global financial infrastructure, we are building the future of payments. Join our team to make a real impact and grow your career in a fast-moving, diverse environment!

About the role

Globally, annual chargeback volumes are expected to reach 324 million cases by 2028, costing the industry billions of dollars each year. Silverflow is building a next-generation dispute management platform to turn this complex burden into a competitive advantage for our clients.

We are looking for a driven, curious, and sharp Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the Disputes product. Your goal is to navigate compliance standards and translate complex needs into a scalable, automated, and well-designed backend platform that protects our clients and scales our business.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Commercial, Account Management, Data & AI, and Operations teams to build the vision, prioritize features, and deliver value to our clients.

What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end development of our Disputes product, focusing on:
  • Product Vision: Define and execute the Disputes product mission, aligning it with Silverflow’s company goals.
  • Roadmap & OKRs: Own quarterly OKRs, balancing high-impact strategic bets, quick wins, and operational stability.
  • Continuous Discovery: Engage with users, follow card network updates, track market trends, and leverage data to write clear user stories and requirements that drive new features on the platform.
  • Sprint Prioritization: Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, and Account Management to optimize sprints and ensure flawless execution.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject-matter expert in late-stage sales cycles and onboarding processes, delivering deep-dive product demos to help close key enterprise prospects.
  • Enablement & Documentation: Lead system design sessions, give presentations, streamline processes, and create clear technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Who you are

You are looking for a next step in your career where you can take full ownership and drive measurable impact. You are driven, curious, and love untangling complex frameworks to find solutions to problems.

You'll be a great fit if you match the following profile :
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, STEM, or an adjacent analytical field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in Banking, Consulting, or in Product Management/Operations within fast-growing environments (Payments and Disputes experience is a plus).
  • Problem Solver: You love cracking complex challenges, drive progress both independently and within a team, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-Oriented: You understand that in payments, edge cases matter. You are highly organized, have an attention to detail, and can translate complex frameworks into clear, structured product requirements.
  • Communication & Collaboration: You understand no decision is made in silos, and you can communicate effectively and clearly with stakeholders on various levels and departments, both within the Company and outside.
  • Systems Thinker: You understand (or are eager to master) how systems interact with each other and how business logic is translated into elegant API design. A track record within fintech or other infrastructure software is a plus.

Why join us?

  • Broad Exposure & Impact: Gain wide-ranging experience across product, engineering, sales and support in a fast-growing international startup. You’ll help shape the processes and culture that define how Silverflow scales.
